Replacement value of equipment: £300 per wheel
The Alloy Team will loan you free of charge a Universal spare wheel (USW) whilst yours wheel(s) are being refurbished. The USWs are inspected before issue and at the end of every loan session.
We take all steps necessary to ensure they are fitted correctly to your vehicle as per the manufactures specifications. The correct USW size and hub adaptors will be used for your vehicle as per the manufacturers guidance.
All USW are photographed after fitting. You should check you are happy with the fitting before The Alloy Team technician leaves.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to carry out the work due to no fault of our own, you may be subject to a £40 call out charge.
Conditions of use for Universal Spare Wheel (USW)
You use the USW(s) at your own risk.
The USW(s) are loaned free of charge with no warranties whatsoever.
The USW(s) are loaned with the express understanding that the borrower assumes sole responsibility for its continued safety, operation and maintenance whilst in their possession and agrees to check the wheels are safe and secure before each journey.
Agree not to drive on USW(s) above 55mph.
Acknowledge that you are driving your vehicle with the USW(s) on your own insurance policy. You should check your insurance policy to make sure you are covered before driving your vehicle on the public road.
We will be held responsible for any damage, of theft of the USW(s) due to negligence or improper use whilst in the your possession. Any damaged USW(s) should be collected and inspected by The Alloy Team. No repair work should be undertaken without prior approval.
Agree to hold The Alloy Team entirely free from any liability and claims to any other party relating to any loss or damages that may occur during the use of the USW(s).

Payment Terms

If any invoice amount is not received by the mentioned due date, we will exercise our statutory right to claim interest at 1% of the outstanding balance per week over the Bank of Englands base rate and charge a minimum £40 compensation rate for debt recovery costs under the Late payment legislation if we do not receive payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we will always be willing to look at a payment schedule to fit your budget.
