This has made cleaning the wheels during my two weekly maintenance wash a breeze as they come up to nearly new with just the powerwasher and spotless with a small amount of APC and light brushing. The Alloy Team is a family run business offering a convenient click and collect wheel repair service. Just book online and you can come to our workshop for a quick wheel swap, or our Alloy Ambulance can come you and swap your damaged wheels, with our universal spare wheels*. This allows full use of your vehicle whilst the repairs are carried out. On completion, we will deliver back and refit your refurbished wheels. No hassle, no waiting, no inconvenience.
Whether you have a lease vehicle that is coming to the end of its contract and you want to avoid receiving end of lease charges**, or you just want to remove the annoying kerb or scuff marks from your alloy or Diamond cut wheels, we can help. We can even carry out a same day or an overnight service if required.
Our workshop is fully equipped to repair and refurbish Diamond cut alloys, with our state of the art Diamond cutting CNC alloy wheel lathe, and can accommodate any alloy wheel colour change with our powder coating booth.
We can repair buckled alloy wheels with our wheel straightening machine. Cracked alloy wheels can also be welding. Both these options are a less expensive alternative than replacing the wheel.
* Universal spare wheels conditions of use
**Both leasing and PHP contracts have fines for wheel kerbing, and any other damage considered more than standard wear and tear. Most follow the rules that the wheels themselves must not have dents , scuffs or scratches in the rims from kerbing that are more than 25 to 50mm. Getting the wheels repaired prior to return is often the cheaper option with some contracts charging hundreds of pounds per wheel.
